These terms govern your use of the Terraddress website and demo during our early-access period. By using the site you agree to them. A complete set of terms will be published before general availability.

Early-access service

The site, demo, and waitlist are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis while we build. Features may change, and addresses shown in the demo are illustrative.

Waitlist & address reservations

Joining the waitlist or expressing interest in a desired address does not create an account or guarantee that any particular address will be available to you at launch.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Terraddress name, branding, and the underlying addressing method are the property of Terraddress and its licensors. Patent pending.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Terraddress is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this early-access site.
